Tuning into quantum – when will quantum technology become a business?

Quantum technology is no longer science fiction, but it is not yet a mass reality either – the question is when and in what form it will become a real competitive advantage. How can companies prepare for the quantum era today? What should they pay attention to, when should they enter the market, and in which industries can the first breakthroughs be expected? What is the business role of quantum algorithms, and when should CIOs and innovation leaders build a real strategy around quantum? We'll have a lot to talk about!

Don't wait for controlling, chat with your data AI-based reporting in natural language

In most organizations, "data model islands" built on top of databases using different technologies result in slow responses and technical dependencies. I will show you how an AI-based approach replaces all this: ChatMetis allows you to use generative AI to ask your data questions in natural language and get instant visualization and explanations—without coding. I will also discuss what this means from a startup perspective: where agility provides a competitive advantage and where it poses a challenge in a large enterprise environment. Decoding emotions: EEG and AI in the service of marketing

The presentation shows how EEG and artificial intelligence help to objectively measure the emotional impact of advertisements. We review how EEG works, the possibilities of real-time measurement of attention and emotion indices, and how machine learning models transform raw, noisy signals into valuable marketing data. Through specific experimental examples, we will show how to identify the scenes and slogans that elicit the greatest emotional impact, how to optimize creative materials, and how to increase the ROI of campaigns. The presentation will also address ethical and data protection issues, and then outline a vision for the future where measuring emotions will become a natural part of the creative process.

Genius, without awareness

The personal experience of professionals who are unfamiliar with the mathematical and technical background of machine learning is based primarily on the use of GPT systems. However, when these were created, the primary goal was to produce human-like behavior in their text output... even at the cost of making mistakes or even hallucinating. Enthusiastic users, however, want to entrust critical services to algorithms that, even after thousands of examples, cannot recognize a stop sign or a carp. Why are technical devices that only remotely approximate the measurable properties of the nervous systems of the most advanced species, and learning algorithms that are incomparably less efficient than those operating there, becoming the most useful tools in our lives?

Ehelyett a teljes intézményi tudáskörnyezet összekapcsolt erőforrásaira támaszkodva támogatják a valódi multidiszciplináris innovációt.

But what does an AI-driven, or rather AI-efficient, company look like today? What challenges does this pose for organizations, e.g., in terms of data security and process organization? What are the expected benefits, and why should we even bother with this? Last but not least, where are we today, and where will we be tomorrow?

Culture versus algorithm: human and technological factors in AI transformation

The presentation reveals that the success of AI transformation is determined not by algorithms/models, but by organizational culture. Technology only brings real value if the company is able to operate with confidence, openness to learning, and a data-driven approach. Artificial intelligence does not work in place of humans, but evolves alongside them. Presented from the perspective of a CTO, the presentation highlights that culture and algorithms are not opposites, but rather prerequisites for each other.

Best Practice: What's the problem? Quality assurance with the help of AI

Precision and consistent quality are key in modern metal manufacturing. AI-based image recognition offers new possibilities for automatically evaluating the accuracy of workpieces and identifying design flaws (such as holes). Components photographed during production are analyzed by a machine learning model that can identify deviations from the planned dimensions, shapes, or patterns. The system can recognize defects such as deformations, holes, or machining irregularities in comparison to reference models. The use of AI makes quality control faster, more objective, and more cost-effective, and can be integrated cost-effectively even in the intermediate steps of the manufacturing process. This reduces the risk of human error and increases the reliability of the manufacturing process.

The power of awareness, the best defense is awareness

Many people think that education and awareness are easy topics, that all we have to do is put together a presentation, deliver it, and we're done. But the key is in the impact. Just as a little sugar gives our coffee a completely different character and flavor, filling the kitchen and our morning with its aroma. For thousands of years, when it came to the most important events, those who could exert the greatest influence on people always had the advantage. We present the organizational tools for exerting this influence, filtered through the lens of safety awareness, just as golden crystals of brown sugar fall into freshly brewed coffee.

When is it worth developing your own AI layer, and in what situations is it advantageous to use global platforms? How does the decision affect development speed, data ownership, and security? The question is rather: how can you derive real business value from an AI stack – whether you decide to develop your own or connect to a large platform?

Decision support based on your data – AI solutions responsibly and securely

The introduction of AI-based solutions is a senior management task that concerns many of us. We understand that we need to take action, but we also feel that we must do so responsibly. The technological obstacles and concerns that often arise tend to revolve around authentication, authorization management, data management, and data security, in addition to "non-technological" obstacles, i.e., selecting appropriate and realistic use cases. Progress has technology that can support and catalyze the storage and transparent management of data for use in various AI models (commercial or proprietary). What's more, this technology has proven and demonstrable references—we'll share a few ideas in our presentation.

Organized crime and professional expertise?

Cybercrime is a professional business model: it requires a high level of expertise and specialized roles. Cybercriminal groups maximize their profits in a corporate-style structure based on cooperation and service provision, implementing new technologies at record speed and perfecting information sharing. This poses a serious challenge for defense and law enforcement in the digital space.

A jelen pillanat ereje – Mit tanulhatunk a kutyáktól a digitális világban

Egy különleges, 30 perces élményprogram a Future IT 2025 konferencia résztvevőinek, ahol három terápiás kutya – Enid, Nala és Isha – segítségével tapasztalhatják meg a jelenlét, a figyelem és a nyugalom erejét. A workshop célja, hogy a digitális világ gyorsasága és a folyamatos stressz közepette lehetőséget adjon a résztvevőknek a lelassulásra, a tudatos odafigyelés gyakorlására, és annak felismerésére, hogy a fókusz nemcsak hatékonyságot, hanem belső egyensúlyt is teremt. A programról A kutyákkal való kapcsolatban a jelen pillanat válik megélhetővé. A résztvevők megtapasztalják, hogyan reagálnak a kutyák az emberi figyelemre, nyugalomra vagy épp feszültségre. A három terápiás kutya természetes visszajelzései segítenek felismerni, hogyan hat a saját belső állapotunk a környezetünkre – akár a munkahelyen, akár a mindennapokban.

AI is not ketchup that you pour on everything

"Let's do something with artificial intelligence!" – we hear this almost every day now. But AI is not a universal condition that can be applied to anything. Rather, it is an opportunity that can take a business to a new level – if used consciously as part of a strategy. AI builds a bridge between the worlds of business and technology, a kind of "stargate" that opens up new horizons. We still tend to underestimate its enormous potential. Just think about what we could achieve if we not only applied AI, but truly understood how it shapes our business thinking.

New trends in human-machine cooperation: industry and telecommunications

Large language models now enable computers to respond to questions asked in natural language with answers in natural language based on logical deductions. Thanks to semantic indexing, we can now search our databases containing authentic data even by approximate meaning. These developments equip agent-based software with new capabilities that allow them to adapt flexibly to changing environments. In my presentation, I will introduce two such applications. The EU AI Act Evaluator RAG Chatbot helps lawyers determine the extent to which a product or service complies with EU directives. The report generated contains specific references to sections of the input design documentation and relevant paragraphs of the EU AI Act. The TACO mobile telecommunications traffic analysis and analytics system facilitates the querying of log files and real-time data, which requires special expertise, through intent-based language analysis. The result is a business intelligence system in which answers to high-level questions such as "Are there currently any cells with a significant number of 5G-capable devices but no 5G coverage?" can be verified at the database record level.

Data-driven decisions? Or just data illusion? Most organizations live in their own data illusion—people, data, logic—what is our company ready for?

Most organizations today live in their own data illusion: they claim to be data-driven, while their data is inaccurate, generated in isolated systems, and distorted by human decisions. This is particularly evident in the case of medium-sized and large companies that have grown out of Hungarian SMEs—ERP collects data, but does not create logical connections between data. As a result, management often makes decisions based on interpretations rather than facts, which is a competitive disadvantage in the AI era. True data-driven operation does not begin with algorithms, but with the company's ability to build a unified, reliable data logic into its processes. Until this is in place, ERP will be nothing more than an expensive data repository – but if the data is organized, ERP becomes the most valuable foundation for AI integration. People, data, and logic together determine what a company is truly capable of. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Data quality – the invisible pillar without which data governance collapses

Just because our data *should* be correct does not mean that it actually is. In this presentation, we will show you the difference between correct, incorrect, and seemingly correct data. Using real-life examples, we will demonstrate the immediate and long-term consequences of bad data. What types of problems need to be addressed at the technical and organizational levels due to poor data quality? What should we be prepared for? Poor data quality can, of course, be addressed through testing, but how we do it matters. Poor testing only wastes resources without improving data quality. As in most cases, knowledge and methodology are important in data quality testing, while the tool is secondary. In the second part of the presentation, we will show you what quality assurance tools can be used to find and correct (and, in the long term, avoid) poor data, and what positive effects this has on business operations.

Employee access efficiently and intelligently – the intersection of HR, IT, and security

Ezekre a kérdésekre fogunk megoldást hozni!

Shadow AI: the Achilles heel of agile companies

With SaaS and web applications provided by third parties, business areas and individual users gain unlimited access to the latest technology services and suppliers. However, shadow IT and shadow AI compromise the traceability of corporate data assets, while legal and regulatory compliance becomes unstable. Unauthorized access rights taken by departing employees or left unmonitored create a serious attack surface. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Multi-cloud reality: strategy or chaos? Large companies searching for their way among the clouds

For large enterprises, the question today is no longer whether to move to the cloud, but how to harmonise their existing cloud solutions, which are often based on different providers, regions or regulatory frameworks. What does a modern hybrid/multi-cloud strategy covering multiple regions, subsidiaries or industries look like? What does it take for multi-cloud to be a competitive advantage rather than a problem, and when does it become a business advantage or a source of chaos, and how can IT be aligned with business value creation? The eye of the machine

The presentation shows how artificial intelligence is transforming visual content production, with a particular focus on the B2B and technology sectors. Through practical examples, we will examine when it is worthwhile to involve AI in processes and when it is not. We will review the current state of technology, the most effective tools for AI-based content production, and the trends that will shape the next 1-2 years. The presentation is a practical, inspiring overview that saves time by helping you understand the essentials and pointing you in the direction of tools that are already working reliably in practice today.

ESG 2.0 – Rationalizing sustainability

The buzz around ESG has reached its peak – many companies are rethinking what sustainability really means. Instead of compliance pressure, excessive reporting requirements, and PR-focused approaches, data-driven, business-integrated ESG is now coming to the fore. But what does ESG 2.0 look like? What technological tools can be used to measure real impact? We are using more and more IoT devices and sensors to achieve sustainability goals, which takes the accuracy of ESG data to a new level – and with it, cybersecurity risks. How can ESG become not just an obligation, but a value-creating factor – for example, in financing, supplier relationships, or the labor market? The goal of the roundtable is to redefine ESG: not as a separate project, but as an integral part of corporate operations.

EnergiaBank FEAK – the independent data center where energy and security come together

Ezzel erősítjük Magyarország szerepét a modern digitális adatgazdaságban, segítve a zöld technológiák elterjedését.

How to train your AI - corporate standards without the jargon

Uncontrolled AI is not only a business risk for companies, but also a ticking compliance time bomb. Yet many business leaders feel that AI regulations are pushing them into a maze, while business expectations call for rapid innovation. In my presentation, I will show how we can tame artificial intelligence with the tangible standards of ISO 42001 to make it a predictable team member. The AI Act and ISO 42001 are not just regulatory burdens, but building blocks of trust, a valuable currency in the market. The presentation will reveal how you can turn compliance requirements into a competitive advantage and develop a more

Cyber Buzzword World Championship SUPER FINAL

Five cybersecurity experts sit around a table: each of them brings 1-2 pieces of breaking news, the others comment live, while the audience throws in keywords in a word cloud application. A separate game master anticipates news collisions and moderates the word cloud live, and the panelists must naturally and meaningfully weave the words that come up into their answers—that's why it works. The format is lighthearted and humorous, yet professionally rigorous: no FUD, only verifiable facts, practical lessons, and lively ping-pong around the news. 60 minutes, two blocks (quick news, deep dive), with a live ranking and an award ceremony at the end:

Ask about risks and side effects... but who? - Cognitive debt in the age of AI

We are very fortunate if the things that make our lives easier or faster come with detailed instructions for use. Or, as with a car, we can obtain a driver's license so that we can navigate safely, even at breakneck speeds. But what if we only have a vague idea of the impact of various AI solutions on our human brains? Let's take a look at MIT's research on the topic of "cognitive debt" together.
