Tuning into quantum – when will quantum technology become a business?

Quantum technology is no longer science fiction, but it is not yet a mass reality either – the question is when and in what form it will become a real competitive advantage. How can companies prepare for the quantum era today? What should they pay attention to, when should they enter the market, and in which industries can the first breakthroughs be expected? What is the business role of quantum algorithms, and when should CIOs and innovation leaders build a real strategy around quantum? We'll have a lot to talk about!

Adaptive growth – how can you grow your business when you don't know what tomorrow will bring?

Unpredictability has become the new normal – with accelerating technology cycles, AI-rewritten competition landscapes, and changing customer expectations, it is no longer possible to think in terms of classic, linear business development. How can a growth strategy be built on continuous change? What role do data-driven decision-making, predictive models, and rapid testing play, and where does AI help in choosing a direction?

Critical infrastructure and the cloud: risk or inevitable evolution?

The digital operation of state and national systems is becoming increasingly inseparable from cloud-based technologies. While a few years ago it was unimaginable that critical infrastructures such as energy networks, financial systems, or defense management would leave the on-prem environment, today the example of Ukraine shows that in an emergency, the cloud can be the key to survival. But when and how is such a decision made? Who is in control, and what does this mean in terms of national sovereignty? During the discussion, we will explore the technological, legal, and strategic aspects and examine whether the path to the cloud can be conscious, gradual, and secure.

AI and cloud everywhere? Not necessarily! – Management decisions at the gateway to the cloud

Economic uncertainty and the need for IT transformation come together in cloud planning: long-term commitment or flexibility? On-premise investment or multi-cloud strategy? Leaders of small and multinational companies alike are weighing up when and what to move to the cloud, and when it becomes too expensive, too complicated, or too risky.

How AI agents are transforming business processes – and how to keep them under control

AI agents have ushered in a new era in enterprise automation: they are capable of independently executing complex business processes, responding to events, and collaborating with other systems. The presentation uses practical examples to show how IBM Watsonx Orchestrate can be used to increase the efficiency of corporate processes, whether in customer service, HR tasks, or IT operations. It also covers the monitoring and security tools that are essential for the reliable operation of AI agents: transparency, access control, auditability, and built-in risk management. How can a balance be struck between efficiency and control?

Signal from noise: a new era for CTI

How can noise be turned into usable intelligence? In this panel, we will show how CTI can be translated into daily decisions: TTPs and ATT&CK mapping, fine-tuning detection rules, and how to prioritize when everything is "critical." We'll talk about AI-generated (and AI-filtered) noise, automatic enrichment, sharing ecosystems, and the question of "what's good enough." Spoiler: good CTI isn't a crystal ball—it's evidence, context, and timing. If you've felt that the intelligence feed is just a decoration on your dashboard, here you'll learn how to turn it into tangible protection.

Ask the authorities – SZTFH × NKI openly

Here you can really ask questions – and get clear answers. When, what, and how should you report? How can the authorities help, and where are the legal and professional boundaries? We will talk about inspections, typical pitfalls, best practices, and what "good" cooperation with the SZTFH and NKI looks like. This is not about accountability, but clarification: debunking myths, practical checklists – and a dash of humor, because even legal paragraphs can be friendly.

Don't keep it to yourself: report it to CSIRT!

"If I report it, will there definitely be trouble?" No, but if you don't report it, there will be more trouble. National CSIRT experts will guide you through the process from pressing the button to closing the case: what data they request, how they protect confidential information, what you gain by reporting quickly, and what support you can expect along the way. We will tell you what you should prepare in advance (logs, contacts, timeline), how the standardized channel speeds things up, and what typical mistakes to avoid. Reassuring spoiler: CSIRT doesn't bite – it helps.

Agents in the engine room – when will AI agents become commercially useful?

The development of AI agents is the next big leap in the application of artificial intelligence: they not only respond, but also act, connect systems, manage workflows, and prepare decisions. But when will this become more than just a technological demonstration? Where does corporate applicability stand today, and what does it take for these autonomous systems to truly create business value? This discussion seeks to answer how AI agents can be incorporated into operations at a strategic level—not as another experiment, but as part of the operating model of the future.

Multi-cloud reality: strategy or chaos? Large companies searching for their way among the clouds

For large companies today, the question is no longer whether to move to the cloud, but how to harmonize their existing cloud solutions, which are often based on different providers, regions, or regulatory frameworks. What does a modern hybrid/multi-cloud strategy covering multiple regions, subsidiaries, or industries look like? What does it take for multi-cloud to be a source of competitive advantage rather than a problem, and when does it become a business advantage or a source of chaos, and how can IT be aligned with business value creation?

Between two worlds: market demand and internal reality – corporate responses amid the AI-cloud hype

Today, there are hardly any offers without artificial intelligence or cloud solutions – while many companies have not even completed their cloud migration. A kind of ‘double expectation’ has developed in the market: companies must respond to AI-driven innovation pressure while also meeting the technological and organisational requirements for cloud-based operations. Neither is an easy task. How can a balance be found between market expectations and internal reality? How can AI and the cloud be integrated into the organisation's operations without forcing it on the company in an immature way – and when will the point come when it can no longer be postponed?

I will discuss the AI Ambassador program, the role of the AI Officer, the introduction of Microsoft Copilot, and data protection and compliance challenges. The focus will be on how we can make AI not only functional but also value-creating – with human responsibility and business awareness instead of technological magic. Career paths, rotations, on-call quality of life, AI assistants on shift – and a few tried-and-tested tricks to stay focused even at the end of a "red alert" day. ERP reloaded – business platform or never-ending project?

For decades, ERP systems have been the gray eminences of corporate operations—expensive, robust, and sometimes not really liked by anyone. But what if modern ERP is no longer what we have known it to be? The cloud, artificial intelligence, and industry specialization have breathed new life into ERP, transforming it from a mere system into an agile, data-driven business platform capable of creating real value. This roundtable discussion will focus on how ERP is becoming the engine of corporate transformation—not only on a technological level, but also on a strategic one.

Cloud Patterns – How are industries rebuilding around vertical cloud platforms?

The cloud is not just a technology, but a new business architecture. Vertical cloud platforms are appearing in more and more industries, offering industry-specific functionality rather than general services: finance, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics. These platforms offer not only faster implementation, but also deeper integration and regulatory compliance. The question is: how will these solutions transform industry competition, and how can companies get on board in time? The aim of the discussion is to explore the business and technological implications of vertical cloud strategies, especially where specialization offers a competitive advantage.

ESG 2.0 – Rationalizing sustainability

The buzz around ESG has reached its peak – many companies are rethinking what sustainability really means. Instead of compliance pressure, excessive reporting requirements, and PR-focused approaches, data-driven, business-integrated ESG is now coming to the fore. But what does ESG 2.0 look like? What technological tools can be used to measure real impact? We are using more and more IoT devices and sensors to achieve sustainability goals, which takes the accuracy of ESG data to a new level – and with it, cybersecurity risks. How can ESG become not just an obligation, but a value-creating factor – for example, in financing, supplier relationships, or the labor market? The goal of the roundtable is to redefine ESG: not as a separate project, but as an integral part of corporate operations.

hadow IT 2.0 – AI agents under the radar

With the spread of AI tools, shadow IT is expanding with a new palette—this time not with Excel macros, but with independently introduced AI agents, no-code tools, and homemade chatbots. Citizen developers, business analysts, and some developers often try to bypass central IT to become more efficient and speed up workflows. But can this create real business value, or does it just carry risk? Is it worth regulating or encouraging this initiative? And how can it be used to build organizational-level innovation?
