Entry to the event is strictly by prior registration only.

Guests arriving with a VIP invitation or pre-purchased tickets will receive a personalized confirmation email containing a unique barcode.

📱 Please print this barcode or save it to your smart device — it will be scanned and validated upon entry.

🚫 Tickets will NOT be available for purchase at the venue.

🛒 How to Purchase Tickets Online

1. Click on the “Ticket Purchase” menu.
2. Fill out and submit the registration form.
3. A pro forma invoice will be sent to the provided email address.
4. Ticket fees can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.

⚠️ Important Notice

• The system only accepts registrations from official company email addresses.
• Registrations submitted from private or personal email accounts will be automatically rejected.

🕒 Super Early Bird & Early Bird Deadlines

Discounted prices for Super Early Bird and Early Bird tickets are only valid if payment is received by the deadline published on our website.

📌 Example: If the deadline ends at midnight tonight but the payment is received tomorrow, the discount will no longer apply.
