📌 Purpose of the Award

One of the main missions of ICT Global Magazine as the leading publication of the Hungarian infocommunications sector is to present both well-known and lesser-known market players, highlight the constantly changing technological directions, showcase exciting innovative solutions, and support decision-makers with a wide range of knowledge-sharing tools. Another important mission is to recognize outstanding professional achievements, which led to the creation of the ICT Global Award for Professional Excellence.
The aim of the ICT Global Award for Professional Excellence 2025 is to shine a spotlight on professionals who have been key figures in the industry for decades and whose work has had a real impact on advancing digitalization and the development of the economy.

👥 Who Can Apply?

Through this call for applications, we are looking for role models with innovative and open-minded approaches—professionals whose activities significantly contribute to the development of the ICT sector.
Nominations can be submitted by professional organizations, companies, individuals, jury members, and the editorial team of ICT Global. In addition, professionals may also submit their own applications if they have achieved lasting results in their field over the past year.

💼 Women in IT

The Women in IT Award holds a special place in the hearts of our editorial team, as it is part of our effort to create visibility for women in a male-dominated profession. In recent years, the Women in IT Award has been presented to female professionals who serve as role models, actively contribute to digitalization and innovation, and possess substantial expertise in their respective fields.
This year, awards will be presented in the corporate, SME, and public sector categories.

🧠 Best ICT Manager

(Corporate/SME/Public Sector)

The Best ICT Manager Award recognizes leaders with outstanding performance in areas such as sustainability, innovation, digital transformation, or organizational development.
This year, awards will be presented in the corporate, SME, and public sector categories.

🔐 Papp Péter (IT Security) Memorial Award

(Corporate/SME/Public Sector)

This category honors the memory of a pioneer in Hungarian information security and recognizes those who have contributed to the development and awareness of Hungarian cyber defense.
This year, awards will be presented in the corporate, SME, and public sector categories.

🏅 ICT Global Lifetime Achievement Award

(For professionals aged 55+)
The ICT Global Lifetime Achievement Award honors professionals whose careers and influential work have significantly impacted the development of digitalization, society, and information technology.

Submission is free of charge. Costs associated with the nomination cannot be reimbursed.
